Seven grams of methamphetamine, glass pipes, cash and a gun were found in a police raid on a Barrigada home in August 2021, according to court documents.

Police and deputy court marshals had a warrant for a drug fugitive when they found the items, court documents show.

The suspect reportedly told police he was selling drugs and possessed the firearm.

Jail records indicate the suspect was held in the Department of Corrections for a month on warrant before being released.

A second raid was carried out at the suspect’s home in December 2021, where authorities said they found bags containing methamphetamine, documents show.

Segundo Aguero Sablan, 27, has been charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance as a first-degree felony, two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance as a felony third degree, possession of a firearm without a valid firearms identification card as a third degree felony and possession of an unregistered firearm as a third degree felony.

Sablan was arrested in 2017 for drug possession and twice in 2020 for terrorism and domestic violence, as well as forgery and fraud, prison records show.
